Meltwater Buzz Engage launched today; a new module in the Meltwater Buzz product suite that makes social conversations actionable and measurable. Engage brings you the best of two worlds: the social CRM and business offerings of the recently acquired JitterJam product and our current social media monitoring tool.
Engage is available immediately and helps users identify relevant social conversations happening in real-time. Engage allows brands to take a targeted and tailored engagement approach – turning conversations into customers. Ultimately, Engage helps brands and organizations develop more personal, trusted relationships with existing and potential customers.
Some of the features include:
- Social profiles, providing a detailed background of an individual’s influence and brand affinity. The profiles contain insights like social biographies and feeds, their brand engagement and sentiment analysis and a unique Jitterator influencer score. Want to know who your top influencers are talking to? You’ll also be able to see the influencer’s top five personal contacts and more.
- A social inbox houses all inbound social communications to help monitor specific conversations and engagement opportunities. Work smarter and more efficiently; this helps you stay ready for immediate action and response.
- Social actions help you keep track of every retweet, @ message or direct message and users can share conversations through Buzz’s monitoring system via Facebook and Twitter. Additionally, you can post a comment, mark a favorite on Twitter, or add a contact to a Twitter list.
- A content posts and sharing feature that allows you to schedule Twitter and Facebook post. And, if you want to look back on your engagements or on your upcoming post schedule, the communications calendar visually organizes all outbound communications by date.
- The conversation analysis and social tagging helps manage relationships with customers by enabling you to uniquely segment and tag individuals and groups of individuals sharing common characteristics.
- The detailed measurement and analysis graph lets you see the effectiveness of your messages, how each engagement resonates by channel and by message and you get a look at the amount of brand impression analysis. Not enough? You can see who is the most engaged with your brand based on how often they connect with you.
